How to enter

To apply for the awards, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the application form
2. Fill in the required information
3. Send the completed application form, together with all additional documentation by e-mail to awards@designforall.org, including the word "candidate" in the subject line.
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with an entry reference number.

In the event of any queries, place send an e-mail to awards@designforall.org, including the word "support" in the subject line.

Please remember

• Both the application form and any additional information must be written in English. Information in other languages will not be taken into consideration.
• Please provide all the information requested on the application form (except the entry reference number, which will be provided by the Foundation). Incomplete applications will be automatically discarded.
• Please respect the maximum field lengths on the application form. Any text exceeding this will not be taken into account.
• Once the application has been sent by email to the Design for All Foundation, no further changes or addendums will be allowed (unless required by the Foundation or the Jury).
• As an exception to the above, if the attached documents exceed the capacity of a single email, applicants may send a series of numbered emails (e.g. "email 1 of 3"). In any case, should such a situation arise it is preferred that candidates provide a link to the document from a website.
